History

The course was born in 1998 when a couple of Rotarians were discussing a continuing fund-raiser, which would provide the contributors with value-for-money and also be a positive public relations tool for Rotary, exposing non-Rotarians to the Rotary program in a "different" way.

The concept of selling knowledge was formed and Malcolm Brownlee has run 8 courses per year, since then, providing more than 3000 students with a most satisfying skill-base. Continued evolution of technology has necessitated continuous changes on the course, which will keep changing as technology does.
